Salvaje
Wild beer
Super refreshing, Salvaje is made entirely with the sour mash technique, where the malts’ lactobacilli lower the pH and generate the acidity prior to fermentation. With the addition of beet juice to give it a subtle pink color and the undeniable imprint of the oak barrels in which some of the best Chardonnay from La Pampa were previously cellared.
