Old School Lager
The ‘steam beers’ were born during the gold fever years, in California. Lagers fermented at ales temperatures with the use of German Northern Brewer hops.
In medieval Europe, hot stones were introduced into the must due to the impossibility of applying direct fire to wooden containers.
In Nuevo Origen we mixed both styles and practices, in this large body lager, fermented at 15°C and with a slightly fruity profile that empowers the spicy aromas of German hops.
